Border states declare "state of emergency"

I am pleased. I hope they deploy more than 52 troops to the border. I hope they deploy a battalion. Take a tank or two and put them up on a hill. Grab some scouts and some air support. Start a little march like the one that they had in Bataan. That will deter anyone. They need to allow for more protection of one's property. If people are coming on to the farmer's property, let the farmer setup a couple of machine gun nests. No drug cartel can risk losing X number of people where X equals the number of rounds that you can fire off before changing barrrels.
